National Association of the Deaf President Dr. Bobbie Beth Scoggins of Kentucky cut her vacation short and flew in to declare NAD’s support of the students’ demands.

Last Sunday, Dr. Scoggins came to Gallaudet University and spoke at the 6 pm rally.

Dr. Scoggins gave a very powerful and inspirational speech.
